🔸 Wall Handstand Training – 2-Part Structure

This workout is split into two essential parts:

🔹 Part 1 – Static Hold in a Slight Arch

You’ll be holding a handstand with your back to the wall, in a slightly arched position.
This shape is intentionally used because it’s the easiest for beginners to control and is perfect for developing foundational balance and body awareness.

🟢 Key focus points:
• Press strongly into the front of the palms
• Engage your fingers to maintain balance
• The goal is to feel and control everything below the elbows (palms, wrists, fingers)

If it's hard to shift weight forward:
→ Try moving a little farther from the wall
→ Don’t over-arch
→ Gently lower your shoulders and bring them slightly forward

👣 Feet should make minimal contact with the wall,
but standing completely without the wall is not recommended yet.
Let the wall be a light support, while your hands do most of the work.

⚠️ Trying to shift all the weight away from the wall too early is a common mistake and can slow down your progress.

Repeat for 10–20 reps, holding each position briefly with maximum focus.
You should feel clear activation in the shoulders and forearms —
as if you're gripping the floor with your palms.

🔹 Part 2 – Strength & Conditioning

The second part is a power-focused block that develops the strength you need to support your handstand.
This segment activates your shoulders, core, and forearms, helping you build the structure that holds everything together.

It's not less important — it directly supports your control, endurance, and long-term handstand ability.

Stay present in every repetition.
Train with intention, and your body will remember the feeling.
