Do this exercise for 5 to 10 minutes.⬇️
The goal is to feel what real pressure into the hands feels like —
what it means to actively press through your palms.

🔔 Important reminder:
Never move your shoulders beyond your fingertips —
not in the version with your knees on the floor,
and not in the one with your knees on a chair.

⚠️ Why? Because this can create a sharp angle in the wrist,
and without proper muscular support,
your wrists can become overloaded or even injured.

You might start to feel fatigue in the top side of your wrists —
that’s a warning sign that you're not using the right muscles.

👉 Your forearm muscles should be doing the work.
Keep the wrist angle close to 90 degrees,
and focus on engaging the forearms to control the movement.

❌ Don’t just move your shoulders back and forth.
✅ Maintain control, feel the tension in your hands and forearms.

When done correctly, you’ll start to notice real forearm fatigue —
and that’s exactly what you want,
because it means you’re training the right muscles.
