That’s when you’ll get access to the first training session and begin your path toward a confident wall-free handstand.

Here’s what you can expect:

✅ Tips on how to feel balance and avoid common mistakes
✅ The ability to ask questions directly in the comments under each session
✅ 2 months of access — train at your own pace and stay consistent

💬 You can already send me a video showing how your handstand looks right now.
This will help me understand your starting point.

👉 Along with the video, please include a short text describing:
– How long you’ve been learning to handstand
– What you feel during the handstand (for example: pressure in shoulders, shaking, drifting to one side, etc.)
– Where it’s hard to stay balanced – and try to explain why you think you can’t hold the handstand the way you want to
– Anything that’s unclear or confusing for you right now

Why is this important?
I’ll be able to give you more accurate and helpful feedback based on your comments and what you’re experiencing. This will save us time and help you progress faster.
